What happens before you choose
Google reCAPTCHA scripts and SlideShare frames are blocked by default. ProICT does not add advertising, analytics or social tracking scripts of its own. Reading the site, searching its articles and using the private request form do not require optional services. The search index is served by this website.
Use the initial notice to reject optional services, choose them separately, or allow both. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing the settings window without saving does not grant permission. The consent needed for newsletters and comment publication is separate from these browser-service choices.

The private request form uses a temporary, single-use anti-abuse token in the form and server-side request limits, not tracking cookies. It works with JavaScript disabled. Browser settings can prevent optional third-party cookies even after a service is enabled; the absence of cookies does not mean no network data is sent.
Change or withdraw a choice
Use Privacy settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawing permission reloads the page so loaded third-party scripts and frames stop; unsent form contents are cleared. Future loads are blocked. This website cannot delete cookies on another provider's domain or undo data already transmitted: use your browser's cookie/site-data controls to remove those cookies.
If your browser blocks local storage, choices apply to the current page only and cannot be remembered for later visits. External links open another website only when you follow them; that website has its own rules. Changes to service purposes or this choice version cause optional services to remain blocked until a new choice.
